Next weekend we’re having a party to celebrate our new teen space: the Loft!

Friday, September 7
7 pm — USA: Underage Sugar Addicts, an acclaimed youth improv group, will perform.
Saturday, September 8
1 pm — Beat the Sup as ETHS Superintendent Eric Witherspoon takes the challenge from teens to a Nintendo Wii contest.
2 pm — Official dedication of the new spaces (in the Children’s department).
3 pm — Book discussion for Evanston Reads! Of Beetles and Angels: A Boy’s Remarkable Journey from a Refugee Camp to Harvard by Mawi Asgedom.
Sunday, September 9
2 pm — Manga artist Addie Afable leads a drawing workshop.
3:30 pm — Screening of anime film Tsubasa.
